Halaplay Account Usage and Eligibility
Eligibility: you must be 18+ years old, a resident of India (or other supported countries: Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, UAE), and physically located in a state where skill-based fantasy sports are permitted. Excluded: Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim.
Halaplay account creation: one account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will be terminated with forfeiture of balances. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Halaplay account security: you're responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication.
Halaplay Contest Rules and Fair Play
Halaplay contest entry: teams lock 30 minutes before toss. After lock, no edits allowed. Late entries are not accepted. Entry fees are deducted from your wallet balance at time of entry confirmation.
Halaplay scoring system uses a publicly documented scoring system. Points are calculated based on actual player performance in real matches.
Halaplay fair play: collusion, multiple accounts, team information sharing during live contests, or any form of cheating is prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination.
Halaplay Payment Terms — Deposits and Withdrawals
Halaplay deposits: minimum Rs 100, maximum Rs 1,00,000 per transaction. Deposits process instantly via UPI/Paytm, 1-2 hours via bank transfer.
Halaplay withdrawals: minimum Rs 100, maximum Rs 5,00,000 per day. Withdrawals process in under 2 minutes via UPI/Paytm during business hours. KYC required for cumulative withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
Halaplay bonus cash: bonus cash (from welcome bonuses, promotions) has 1x playthrough requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash.
Halaplay Intellectual Property and Platform Content
Halaplay owns all platform content: logos, branding, UI design, scoring system, statistics dashboards, educational content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Halaplay player statistics: aggregated stats are public, but Halaplay's specific data presentation and AI suggestions are proprietary.
User-generated content: reviews, feedback, and forum posts you submit grant Halaplay a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display that content.
Halapplay Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Service availability: Halaplay aims for 99.99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Halaplay contests are settled based on match outcomes regardless of platform availability.
Match-related disputes: Halaplay settles contests based on official match results from governing bodies.
Financial risk: Halaplay fantasy cricket involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money and that Halaplay is not liable for your losses beyond our platform's controls.
Halaplay Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing law: these Halaplay terms are governed by Indian law, specifically the Information Technology Act 2000 and state-specific fantasy sports regulations.
Halaplay dispute resolution: most disputes are resolved through our customer support. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to our grievance officer at [email protected].
Changes to Halaplay terms: we may update periodically. Significant changes will be notified via email and in-app at least 30 days before taking effect.
